CSR: Fight against Covid-19 together with PDRM

Our world is facing possibly hardest time at 21 centuries, our safety wouldn’t be as secure as it is without the endless support from front liners, policemen. Their dedication to protect community is an exemplary trait that we should all recognize and appreciate. We feel that this battle is a battle to be fought together and we, AKERO are committed to fight alongside with our heroes in blue.

Ever since the begin of this global pandemic, AKERO, under the continuous leadership and guidance of Dato’ Sri Warren Eu have fought in this collaboration and had donated essential protective equipment to various police stations, start from The Malaysian National Police Headquarters (PDRM Bukit Aman) where AKERO had donated 1000 bottles of 50ml hand sanitizer, 500 bottles of 500ml gel hand sanitizer and 160 boxes of face mask (50 pcs). AKERO, alongside with our beloved founder, Dato’ Sri Dr. Warren Eu carried onto several police stations to play our role in combating this pandemic.

On the 14^th of April 100 bottles of 500 ml gel hand sanitizer. 100 bottles of 300 ml gel hand sanitizer and 120 boxes of face mask were donated to PDRM Brickfields. On the 15^th and 20^th April, AKERO team has donated a total of 200 bottles of 500 ml gel hand sanitizer, 100 bottles of 300ml hand sanitizer and 100 boxes of face mask to PDRM Daerah Serdang.

Meanwhile AKERO donated 100 boxes of AKERO Fruit Juice and 100 boxes of AKERO Karela to ensure our local police force get the adequate supply of nutritional support, ensure that their immune system is boosted up enough to protect themselves against the Coronavirus during on duty and off duty. AKERO Hand Sanitizer will provide maximum protection against harmful pathogens and at the same time, preventing dryness of the skin even with the use of multiple times a day.

AKERO Team returned to PDRM Bukit Aman on the 30^th of April leaded by Dato’ Sri Dr. Warren Eu where we donated 200 bottles of 500 ml gel hand sanitizer and 340 boxes of facemask. In the span of 5 consecutive days AKERO already donated a total of 2200 bottles of disinfectant, 720 boxes of mask and a hundred bottles of both AKERO Fruit Juice and AKERO Karela as well as 36,000 pieces of medical mask product and 1000 pieces of protective clothing to several local hospitals.

Dato’ Sri Dr. Warren Eu and AKERO Team believe that we have a role to conduct in this time of great catastrophe. We will provide our support to the fight against this terrible outbreak continuously. With our efforts, Dato’ Sri Dr. Warren Eu also hopes to nurture the value of teamwork and a sense of duty to all around him, ensuring that everyone plays their role in this battle.
